SECRET TO LIFE: Constantly questioning the meaning of life or maybe its just about HOW TO GET MORE TIME IN YOUR LIFE EVERYDAY.

What would you do with your life if you had more time, everyday? Simply think about the possibilities of if you had more time. What would you do with it? Be GRATEFUL for the time you have already to receive more.

Many people are constantly stressed about not having enough time in their lives to focus on or do what they truly desire, and often times use the excuse of not having the time.

If you’re a person that’s looking to get more time in your life everyday, then make sure to be having extraordinary commitments that make you worthy of what you desire.

I am highly passionate about this post being an introduction to all that it takes into kick-starting your progress by helping you identify exactly on what and where your time is going and a way of how you can eliminate certain distractions or activities (Blocking Distractions) that are holding you back, while focusing more on the things that are most meaningful to you.

Alright, so for the introduction I would first request the many who complain of lacking in time to do the things they are supposed to do to stop doing it by shifting their mindset as to that it is equivalent to lying to yourself about lacking time.
We ALL fairly get 24 hours in a day. Look at that! Now,would you agree with me on that?  If so, then I’m sure it is pretty obvious and very easy for you to now understand that it’s not that we “don’t have time”, it’s more so into the secret of life not only life but a life worth all the fulfillment by questioning “how you spend that time”.  HOW YOU SPEND TIME DETERMINES HOW MUCH YOU BENEFIT FROM THIS PURE AND PRECIOUS GIFT.

Telling yourself or the people around you that you are in lack of time will only mean you yourself being an active-obstacle towards what you can possibly achieve in that day's time.
Now, before you get upset and decide to stop reading, let me explain to you why it is less than good in fussing about lack of time in a rather comforting manner than as how I have explained previously about everyone having an equal amount of 24 hours in a day.
I hope this connects to what you already know and leads to a new-born or awakened understanding of how to unleash the secret of life by getting more out of the 24 hours in a day. I am grateful that the question of what determines what you’ll spend your hours on can aid me in doing so, here.

Well to be honest, it really comes down to what you’re committed to. (The extraordinary commitments)

Think about it this way. If you only spend the time that you have on things that you are committed to and feel that are important,to be precise an example of if you are spending 8 hours or more of your 24 hours working at a job, then you’re doing so because that’s what you’re committed to and what you’ve decided to spend your time on and the results you'll get as accordance. But if you’re spending an hour a day watching TV or on Facebook, then that’s what you’ve decided is important to you and what you are committed to so it's perfectly fine if it gives you what that makes you to feel contended with your life. Be happy and grateful for the time.
At the same time, let us not forget that if you say to yourself that you want to do your reps daily, but that you don't have the time. Well, then the UTTER TRUTH is that it’s not that you don’t have the time it’s you making the choice of that you’re committed to your job, watching TV and spending time on Facebook and that is what gives you your happiness.  If you were more committed to working out, you would definitely MAKE THE time required to do so. You would eliminate the things in your life that could possibly be distractions or holding you back from doing so (Blocking The Distractions), and  as a result you WILL spend that time on something like working out by completing all your reps and ripping the reward of following the little baby-steps towards what you most passionately desire of.

To put it in simple words it would be that we decide our commitments and we take actions upon what we commit ourselves to by blocking the distractions in order to achieve our desire.

In the end it comes down to what you value and cherish in your life.  Some people value watching TV for an hour a day more than working out for an hour a day while others value their career or making money more than their health and well-being. And sometimes others will even value spending time in their career more than spending time in their relationship. I am nobody to tell what is right and wrong all that I can say is that everything is about the choices you make.

Whatever you value the most is where you’ll spend your time and energy. But, the most important thing is to remember to lock the distractions necessary in order to achieve your commitments because once committed wise man never give up. Please remember that YOU DO have the time, stop telling yourself that story, and tell yourself the truth that it’s because you’re just not fully committed to it and make a decision by reevaluating on what the really matters to you, what that is valuable to you and worth your commitment.

If other people can have all the time to achieve what you and I may assume as impossible so can we! We have the time, it's just the choices that we make that have to be transformed in accordance to what our heart truly desires. That's the secret to life. Living Life with Fulfillment and to the fullest possible is true happiness and joy in this material world.

In other words, i
n order to get more time in your life, you can start at the action of to discover where you’re spending your time. Only when something gets measured like this it can be improved or even worked on for that matter. It’s important to understand the fact that there’s really only two types of activities. One type and another: distractions and things that are actually important.

DISTRACTIONS VS. THINGS OF ACTUAL ImPORTANCE

A distraction is anything that gives you a reason to escape from what really matters to you. It's activities that do not enhance your life in way. This we do we as a short-cut to get out of pain that we’re feeling in our lives. The truth is that at that point in our life we aren’t fulfilled, so we’ll look for the immediate comfort and gratification through a distraction. The silent-killer part about this is that, distractions consume A LOT of our time and creates the illusion that we are busy while we actual hinder our progress towards enhancing the quality of our lives.
Activities that are actually important is anything that enhances the quality of your life.  It could be your business or career, thoughts of being the best for your loved ones, reading books, spending time with loved ones, doing a morning ritual, setting goals, caring for a loved one in need, spending time in nature, taking a class to improve yourself or simply learning something new. You always feel good after doing something important, because you know your life is much better for having done it. That is the true happiness it's the sense of accomplishment that brings joy and gratitude towards life. Whereas on the other hand, with distractions, you always feel worse off because you know your life isn’t any better. Make sense?

Very well so the goal is to ensure that you’re spending the majority of your time on things that are actually important to you in your life, if you want to be fulfilled.  I’m not saying you should have zero distractions. It even can be healthy to indulge in those distracting activities but the key is to balance between distractions turning into destruction of your high - quality life of fulfillment.

If you have read this far great! As my gratitude towards your commitment towards taking action here's a little tip.
